After purchasing a package, the onboarding process begins. We will be in touch to complete a comprehensive questionnaire of your space. This will involve photos, measurements, budget, inspiration photos etc.
This is an excellent opportunity to connect and gain a good understanding of your space and desires. This is also a great way to get to know each other and learn the process ahead
You sit back and we get to work on floor plans, concept board of your design including paint colors/finishes, and 3D renderings (if chosen in package). We work closely together through this process through your personal virtual studio

Open floor plans are our absolute favorite design, as they combine 3ish rooms into the design style. We'll need to purchase a package for each room you'd like us to design. For example, if you'd like to create the kitchen, family, and dining room, three packages will need to be purchased.
Our designer client communication takes place digitally via your personalized design studio. You can accept or present changes to the plans as we design.
We aim to make you 100% happy with the final look and feel, so much so that you purchase the furnishings and products. We offer unlimited revisions within 3 days (Mini Package) and 5 business days (Full & Deluxe Room) of receiving the designs to ensure you're pleased. After this phase, you will go through and "approve" the items you wish to purchase, and everything loads into the cart, making for easy checkout. A chat section lets us be on top of the changes and adjust accordingly. We are there with you every step of the way for fast, efficient changes vs. the back and forth over email.
This can sometimes happen as we move through the design phase. Possibly, you thought you needed a mini package and an entire room design or help visualizing the space, so a 3D rendering is warranted.
Whatever the reason, we will invoice you for the difference in price for payment. Once we receive the payment, we will move forward with the upgraded package.
Typically, yes, however, we recommend at least $10,000 when designing a full-room package. A comfortable budget would be $10,000 to $20,000 per room (including all furniture and decor pieces). This will ensure the quality of products for that space will be comfortable, hold shape, and stay in good condition for years to come. We'll review this in our discovery call, and you can answer this in the design questionnaire.
We do our best to design available items. However, this can certainly happen with the nature of inventory and online purchases. We encourage you to order the items you cannot live without immediately after finalizing a design.
With any online purchase, this could happen, as items look and feel differently on a design board or a picture than in real life. You will be aware of the return policy before purchase, and you will handle those returns directly.
Yes! There is no additional charge to have these included in your designs. We will have this outlined in the design questionnaire/Discovery call. Photos of the items will be helpful to use as we can easily incorporate them into the finished product
